Felt Just Like Home A lovely stay with warm hospitality from the owners. The rooms were clean, breakfast was included, and the hosts made us feel truly at home. They even helped us order food and cabs, which was a big help given the language barrier. Highly recommended!

The staff at Itsy By Treebo - Cradle Regency goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Whether it was room service, front desk assistance, or housekeeping, their professionalism and courtesy were truly commendable.

Staff behaviour and services were excellent. Quick service and home cooked food. They were quite supportive and always available for any kind of help.

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.
